    Memories!!! I did a 6 month exchange in Salamanca in college in like 2004! I still make bacon and date empanadas (though I use puff pastry instead of empanadas dough because it’s easier to find and I’m too lazy to make it). I LOVED the food there.

    Google says bacon, chorizo, and egg. Tough to say with English recipes of something like this, but if it’s any combo of that how the fuck is it not going to be delicious?
